A unique opportunity to paint with me on Saturday, February 7 or February 28 from

10:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Gorton Center, 400 East Illinois Road Lake Forest, IL 60045.

Loosen up in preparation for warm weather and plein air painting. Practice working from one of your landscape photographs to create a representational or abstract piece using the color equivalent technique.

Beautiful paintings will be created with a limited palette, using four colors and white.

Gamblin Colors:

Quinacridone Magenta

Indian Yellow

Pthalo Blue,

Blue Black 

White

are needed for this class.

It's cold outside, I will be painting indoors at the Lake County Fine Art Gallery,

383 Center Street, Suite A Grayslake, IL 60030

on  Saturday Jan 24th 1 to 3pm.

I will be starting with my usual limited palette, but will introduce some wonderful new colors for added punch!
